The Arts District Mansion is an elegant, beautifully restored mansion from the late 19th century. There is a sun-dappled atrium connecting this historic building to an intimate junior ballroom with a private, hedge screened patio. It also features an art-filled walkway through a sleek, modern foyer fronted by a grand, circular drive entrance as well as an exquisite, contemporary ballroom divisible by four surrounded by floor- to-ceiling windows.
The Mansion sits on a generously proportioned terrace overlooking the heart of the Dallas Arts District. We provide on-site parking, four star service, and sumptuous, restaurant quality catering.
Arts District Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests, with additional space available in the Bar, Study, Family Dining Room, Music Room, and Parlor.
The Pavilion provides ample room for a stage and orchestra, dance floor, cascading flowers and sophisticated pre-function areas, it is one of the most sought after locations for large events with 150 or more guests
