The Perch is the perfect setting for an elevated experience within a classic yet modern interior space featuring an open floor plan with a vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling and a unique overlook into the barrel cellar. The barrel cellar is the perfect setting for intimate wedding ceremonies, dessert bars, seated banquet dinners, and cocktail parties. The glass-framed patio doors open onto a deck that seamlessly steps into a five-acre lawn. Trees, pollinator gardens, wildflower plantings, and vineyard views frame the Meadowlark Lawn.

The Wine Bar is a bright, airy library offering 812 square feet of interior space, including a 24’ built-in copper-topped bar. The adjacent open-air garden with a bluestone patio adds an extra 900 square feet of usable space with outdoor lighting, modern benches, tables, and modern seating on the lawn. The rental comes with access to a 300 square feet conference room on the second floor, which can be converted into a private dressing room, a production room, or a satellite office. It’s ideal for cocktail parties or receptions, corporate retreats, team-building activities, and buffet-style meals.
