With a variety of boutique-style lodging nestled around lush grounds, it is the perfect place for your friends and family to gather and stay during your wedding weekend. Enjoy the simplicity of hosting everyone you love in one place with space for the rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, ceremony, reception, and overnight accommodations all at Gathering Oaks Retreat! Ideal for relaxed, meaningful weddings without shuttling people around. Simple, stress-free, and full of charm, just the way a wedding weekend should be! To keep your wedding weekend private, you are required to rent the entire main property, which includes 20 private accommodations for up to 54 guests for the weekend. You or your guests have the option of renting Additional Lodging Options with our Farmhouses across the street. Intimate outdoor weddings are our specialty! We can host up to 200 guests if you love the idea of an outdoor ceremony with an indoor/outdoor reception. Our beautiful covered pavilion located in the courtyard is surrounded by shade trees and string lights, adding the perfect touch to your ceremony and reception. You also have the option of bringing in a large tent on our sports court. If you want an intimate indoor reception, our largest indoor space can seat up to 75 guests in the Gathering House. To keep your wedding weekend private, you are required to rent all the rooms on the property.
