Minimum Rental: $150 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $50. Tables and chairs are set out for you per your requirements. 30 minutes set up time allowed at no charge, extra set up time at $25 per hour. Price includes 60” round and/or 8’ rectangular tables, chairs, dishware, silverware and glassware, kitchen access. You clear your tables, gather trash, stack chairs before leaving. Venue takes care of dish washing. Onsite manager during events in case you need assistance. Linens available for a fee. Licensed for beer/wine/cider provided and served by venue according to customer's request/budget. Full Service: $200 for 2 hours, each additional hour is $75. We agree with you on a set up plan and execute it to your specifications. You show up, enjoy your event and go home.
