Once a chase bank, this Crack Shack space is located on East 17th, in a hipster enclave in the heart of family-friendly Costa Mesa. The two-story restaurant brings the outside in with a retractable roof to flood the old bank with natural light and add an “al fresco” feel. The open second story overlooks the main dining area below, which creates a seamless flow for large celebrations, or can be blocked off as a semi-private space for more intimate gatherings. A small outdoor patio space adjacent to the main dining room allows for overflow, more games, cocktail tables, photo opportunities and more. The space also features a full bar, corn hole “court”, indoor fireplace, and several large communal tables. It’s truly an idyllic gathering space for guests young and old.
