For my wedding we used Flowers by Mel. Overall we were happy with their product and their staff was very accommodating to our financial needs throughout the process. One of the biggest selling points was that they provided all stands and decorations for free which no other flower shop offered. We shopped around at 8 or 9 different flower shops and their prices were average for the flowers in comparison to the others. Their service is what set them apart to us. On our first visit they sat down with us and we drew out the wedding and talked about what our dream flower arrangements would be. Next, they asked us about what are budget was going to be. From there, they meticulously went over every option for us to get our dream within our budget. They even told us things to do ourselves that could be done for much cheaper. Not many businesses will do that! On the wedding day, the flowers were gorgeous and everything we could have wanted. They were all set up when we got there and looked about as fresh as they could possibly have been. I am very appreciative for their work because they really helped to give the venue that extra bit of flare that helped to make it a truly wonderful event that I'll never forget. The only negative I have about them is that our specific coordinator with Flowers by Mel was a little hard to get ahold of at times. He was a very nice and helpful man, but difficult to reach. Overall, I'd recommend Flowers by Mel to anyone in need of flowers for an event or for no reason at all.
