The venue features three distinct areas: The Greene Room (an intimate front entrance space with a food prep area, antique mantle, and personalized chalkboard), the main Lumberyard event room (featuring beautiful light canopies and chandeliers), and our private outdoor Backyard space.
All rentals include tables, chairs, full setup and breakdown services, access to our unique collection of vintage and antique furniture props, and our beautiful signature string lighting both indoors and outdoors.
While we do not have a full-service cooking kitchen, we offer a dedicated food prep and staging area in The Greene Room. This setup area includes two refrigerators and two stainless steel prep tables, making it highly convenient for your outside caterer of choice.
While our private Backyard is a beautiful, light-filled space perfect for mingling, ceremonies, and photos, it is not configured to accommodate bounce houses or other large inflatable structures.
