ETV’s comfortable, high-tech Bank of America Theater (BOA) is the perfect medium-sized facility for corporate retreats, training sessions, seminars, luncheons, or special event. The 1,440 square-foot room, while very flexible in set-up options, is the perfect venue for gatherings requiring the latest in media and communications technology support. With its newly renovated techical system, our room use options have only grown! Centrally located to all guests in South Carolina, ETV’s BOA offers ample free parking and easy unloading for any specialized equipment, displays, or other user-supplied equipment. The flexible meeting room set-up seats up to 81 participants in its standard classroom organization. Users may choose their own event caterer or rely on the assistance of ETV’s Event Coordinator (services included in room rental) to suggest catering or other special needs. The attractive meeting room is located just a few steps from ETV’s Telecommunications Center main lobby and is fully ADA-compliant.

For special meetings or events that require an unusual amount of space per attendee, ETV’s DL-1 Studio/Meeting Room may be just the right choice. Capacity for this room is limited to 50 persons, but the ample 2,000 square foot floor space allows unusual set-ups such as separate dining/lecture areas, hands-on training spaces requiring substantial floor and/or table-top area, or environments in which a larger group must break down into smaller groups for detailed study or discussion. Internet access is available in the room, and the large, open space is easy to configure in virtually any manner that your special event or meeting requires. ETV’s Event Coordinator is at your disposal to assist in suggesting catering as needed. The DL1 Meeting Room is convenient to ETV’s ample free parking and is fully accessible and ADA-compliant.

Conduct your training in a state-of-the-art equipped classroom. The "Idea Lab" in the ETV Telecommunications Center is a beautiful, remodeled facility that features a wall of window looking out to the Columbia cityscape. With modern furniture fitting the clean lines of a space that can accommodate different room configurations with breakout areas for modeling project-based learning, the lab features all new mobile devices, laptops and tablets in a wireless environment. In addition to training, the room may also be utilized for receptions, meetings and conferences.

For informal gatherings, such as receptions, buffets, and similar events, the Main Lobby of ETV’s Telecommunications Center is the perfect solution. The attractive lobby area, just steps from ample free parking in front of the building (with additional free parking just behind the building), can comfortably host as many as 125 guests. By adding the adjacent foyer space of the Bank of America Conference Room, space for buffet tables, a bar, or additional guests can be added, stretching the space’s capacity to 200 guests. ETV’s Event Coordinator can assist you with suggested catering, or you may bring your own caterer. ETV’s TCC Lobby is both centrally located to all the state’s citizens and is fully accessible and ADA-compliant.

The Murray Broadcasting Studio is a flexible 4,800 sq. ft. space that can be used for many types of broadcast productions as well as wedding receptions, seminars, training sessions, and banquets. For productions, the studio accommodates six broadcast cameras suitable for large productions. The space can easily be configured for any type of broadcast production, including, music videos, music or artistic performances, movie productions, or productions with an audience. The studio offers easy access for set loading and a spacious green room, with a separate makeup area, and a private bath. The Murray Studio can also be used for social, private and corporate events for up to 225 people depending on the setup. ETV's event staff will work with you to create the desired atmosphere for your type of event.
