We offer the Reynolds Ranch Complex (historic house, barn and ore house) on 27 acres of outdoor space with breathtaking views of the front range. The Historic Reynolds Ranch Hay Barn is WMMI’s most popular event venue. With rustic charm, ample parking, and scenic fields in every direction, this space is ideal for larger-scale events like weddings, corporate parties, company picnics and more. The newly rehabilitated Reynolds Ranch House is the perfect complement, with an authentic Colorado historic feel, you can create your dream event.

The historic 1890s Hay Barn with beautiful rustic chandeliers is WMMI’s most popular outdoor structure. With the main entrance facing West, it offers exquisite views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. There is a lovely outdoor space as well, making the Barn ideal for indoor-outdoor events. With rustic charm, ample parking, and scenic fields in every direction, this space is perfect for larger-scale events like weddings, corporate parties, company picnics and more. The Ore Building is a newer addition to the property but also has a rustic style that complements the Hay Barn located close by. This building offers a large open room 24'x36' with wood beams and vaulted ceilings. On its own this is a wonderful space to host meetings, classes, presentations, and medium sized parties. When used in conjunction with the Hay Barn or our outdoor area, this space is great for a wedding preparation area or a welcome cocktail space.

The Reynolds Ranch House is registered with the State Historical Registry. It is the lone survivor of Victorian-era farmhouses in northern El Paso County. It was built in the 1890s by Joseph E. Reynolds and his wife Sarah who purchased the property near Husted in 1889. The first floor contains a kitchen, office, bathroom (probably a later addition), parlor, and living room. The second floor contains three bedrooms. This unique, newly rehabilitated farmhouse is overflowing with history and charm. Perfect for offsite workshops, lectures, board meetings...or...High Teas, Bridesmaid luncheons, Micro Weddings, Baby Showers and Birthday dinners. The Reynolds Ranch House is a perfect complement to a Reynolds Ranch Hay Barn wedding. Use this for your preparation area or welcome cocktail area. Upgrades and improvements continue to the property, we look forward to showing you the possibilities.

The Museum Theater is a 36' x 11' space. It can seat 30 people and has a 57" x 33" flat screen television. This is a wonderful space for presentations, small meetings, and film viewings. When paired with the Library or Main Machines Hall, the Theater can give additional space for a small breakout group or be a space for children to watch a movie during an event or meeting.

Great place to have a work event!! - An Eventective User from Colorado Springs, CO

We held our work self improvement training in the Ranch Ore House. Our staff loved the rustic style of the barn and the assistance from Jaime, the Rentals Coordinator was top notch. She was there to set up our tables, chairs, projector, screen and helped get us connected to wifi so our event went smoothly. We will be back.
