Our facilities are managed by a non profit 501c(3) with a goal of making event accommodations affordable to everyone. There is a large room with 1500 feet to mingle in. French doors open out into the Gardens of SJC Master Gardeners. We have a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens. And of course restrooms. Our facility has been the venue for meetings, weddings, family reunions, showers, city and county presentations, birthday parties, etc. In the last two years our facility has been completely renovated. New metal roof, gutters, paint, exterior shutters, landscaping by SJC Master Gardeners, asbestos abatement for tile flooring that was removed, new epoxy flooring throughout the interior, two new central a/c and heating units, new French doors, and ceilings were repaired (storm damage) and repainted.
