THE LIFESTYLE is a lounge, kitchen and event venue in Euclid with three private rooms under one roof. The Cloud Room is our party room: geometric mural walls, a metallic floor, its own bar and a stage with a throne chair for toasts, cake and photos. The Underground sits downstairs, away from the dining room, with black walls, low light and a lit walnut bar, the room for grown-up birthdays, mixers and late nights. The Main Bar is our street-level room with a long bar, four TVs and big front windows, made for watch parties, rehearsal dinners and corporate mixers. Book one room or the whole building (5,400 sq ft plus the patio in season).
Every booking includes tables and chairs set for your headcount, a sound system and wireless mic, TVs with HDMI in the Cloud Room and the Main Bar, and an hour each to set up and break down. Our kitchen offers house buffets from $22 per person, or bring food from any licensed caterer. Cakes from any bakery are welcome. Every drink is poured by our bartenders: host tab, drink tickets, cash bar or a champagne toast. Outside DJs and decorators are welcome with insurance.

People Often Ask
Seating is flexible. The Cloud Room and the Underground are 2,200 sq ft each, the Main Bar is 1,000 sq ft, and the whole building is 5,400 sq ft plus the patio. We set the tables for your headcount: seated dinner, cocktail-style or a mix. Tell us your guest count and we'll plan the layout with you.
With a booking deposit of 50% of the room fee plus the food & drink minimum (at least $250). It's non-refundable and credited to your bill. The balance and your final headcount are due 7 days before the event, and we keep a card on file for the bar tab and anything extra. An inquiry does not reserve the room; the deposit does.
Yes, refundable: $250 for a room, $500 for the Full Lifestyle, DJ parties and teen parties. It comes back within 10 business days after we check the room.
30 or more days out: we keep the deposit, and you can move your date once within 6 months. Under 30 days: the full room fee and minimum are owed. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Cake and desserts are welcome from any bakery or licensed home baker: we cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat. Food from any licensed restaurant or caterer is welcome at $5 per guest ($150 minimum), waived for repasses. Caterers bring their own chafers and servers and send us a certificate of insurance; our kitchen stays closed to outside food. Please ask before planning homemade dishes, because county health rules limit home-cooked food in a licensed restaurant. Our own kitchen offers house buffets at $22, $30 and $42 per person (25-guest minimum).
No. Ohio law doesn't allow any outside alcohol on our premises (champagne for the toast included) or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices. Choose a host tab (prepay any amount from $300), drink tickets, a cash bar, or a champagne toast by the glass.
Daytime events ending by 8 pm with 50 guests or fewer: not required. Alcohol with 51 to 100 guests, any DJ party, or anything past 10 pm: 1 guard per 50 guests, minimum 2. Full Lifestyle buyouts or 100+ guests: 1 guard per 50 guests (usually 4). Teen parties: 2 guards. We book all security through a licensed company at $35 per guard per hour, 4-hour minimum; outside security isn't permitted. For ticketed, cover-charge or promoter nights, talk to us first: Euclid requires a city permit and police officers for public dances.
The person who signs the contract must be 21+ (25+ for DJ parties and teen parties) and stay for the whole event. All ages are welcome at family events. Guests 21+ show ID for a wristband, and the bar serves wristbands only. Teen parties: 1 adult for every 10 teens, no bar in the teen room, ending by 10 pm. DJ, promoter and ticketed nights are 21+ only.
Yes. DJs, decorators and other vendors are welcome with a certificate of insurance ($1M general liability) naming LA BOLD LLC, sent 7 days before. Setup and breakdown fit inside your included hours. No confetti, glitter, open flame, or anything taped or nailed to the walls.
A one-day $1M event liability policy is required for Full Lifestyle buyouts, DJ parties, teen parties and events with outside caterers. It usually costs $75 to $175 online. We recommend it for everything else.
