The Skylight Penthouse is Cleveland's Premier Event Space with sweeping views of downtown Cleveland and stunning Lake Erie sunsets. Sitting atop of the historic 1925 United Bank Building, the building is centrally located in the heart of Ohio City. The Penthouse will seat up to 80 guests for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or any other dining event, and up to 125 for a cocktail reception. There is an amazing outdoor terrace that fits 60-80 guests, weather permitted. The space is ultra modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 360 degree view of the surrounding neighborhoods.
