Vista at Walnut Hill is an absolutely beautiful barn venue with a great atmosphere. The property is well-kept, scenic, and has that perfect mix of rustic charm and elegance that makes any event feel special. Fred and Mary Lou were fantastic to work with, very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely care about making sure everything goes smoothly. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful barn venue with great people running it, I highly recommend Vista at Walnut Hill.

Vista at Walnut Hill was the perfect spot to host our wedding reception. Fred and MaryLou helped ensure everything ran smoothly to coordinate arrival of our guests on Trolley's from Salisbury, working with our caterer, and setting up the perfect decor. The barn and area was the perfect amount of space to host our guests for a perfect evening!

Wedding Venue Dream — An Eventective User from Cleveland, NC

When you think about your wedding growing up as a little girl, you dream it to be a fairy tail type of wedding and that’s what we remember from our wedding day. We had so many compliments on the day, but most of our compliments were about the venue and the staff the venue has. Fred and Mary Lou go above and beyond any venue staff I know of to make sure your day goes off without a hitch! From the house for the girls to get ready in to the spacious room for the guys, there was never a complaint about this venue. The one thing that makes this venue above all else is that they want to see you a year later and invite you back to have a picnic or reminisce on your wedding day. Vista at walnut hill is everything you can ask for and more! My wife and I recently got married at the venue In Nov. of 25, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Fred And Mary Lou are the most amazing venue host and people, with a wealth of knowledge. They went above and beyond to make our day Story book Perfect. the decision to go with Walnut hill was easy, they are professional, They offer more amenities then most venues in the area, and they have the experience. To add to everything their list of recommended Vendors was Top notch and made things so much easier for us as a couple who already had so much on our plates. Wonderful Venue — An Eventective User from Salisbury, NC

We have used Vista at Walnut Hill for our wedding and our precious daughter’s first birthday celebrations. The owners go above and beyond to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch! They are the ONLY venue I’ve found that offers extras at no cost, such as table linens, decorations, and more. Marylou was wonderful at sitting down with me and going through each piece step by step to ensure nothing was overlooked. They stay close by but out of the way to continue running things behind the scene, again so your day is PERFECT. The venue is breathtaking with the beautiful pasture, horses, and fields surrounding them, perfect for engagement and wedding pictures. You will have the most special day if you choose them!

I highly recommend the beautiful Vista at Walnut Hill! My husband and I got married here back in 2019. The owners, Fred and Mary Lou, are the sweetest and most accommodating! Everything went so smooth and it helped to be able to use all the decor provided by the venue/owners. They made every step in planning so simple. We had the best wedding!
