The place has a beautiful brick construction. It offers 20,000 square feet of leasable space on two floors. It has separate ground level entrances on each floor. A large, beautifully decorated 1200 square foot lobby and reception area lead to a 5,000 square foot meeting room. The room can be divided into two smaller rooms by a movable partition. With its 40' ceilings, full-sized stage, commercial-style kitchen, and nursery, this room is perfect for corporate, theatrical, worship, or musical events. The lower level room is over 2,500 square feet and seats 250; the other is 1,250 square feet and seats 125. Eight classroom/meeting rooms provide excellent flexibility for breakout discussions, meetings, etc.
