Our communication with John, Events Coordinator was perfect, and truly set the level of awesome customer service to follow. John knows how to make you feel appreciated and respected. He receives a 7 Star rating from our Family. Even though the remaining staff, Melissa at the front desk, culinary staff Maria, Yolonda, Eduardo, and others were accommodating, they enhanced our experience the day before and on the day of our event. We felt important. As you know people remember how you make them feel and our Family and Family-Friends will forever have a great memory of this amazing Little Baby Shower Celebration experience.
