Having been owned and built by Zebulon Strong, noted abolitionist and participant in the Underground Railroad, this home honors the spirit of that tradition offering food and shelter to weary travelers. Six Acres Weddings appointed bedrooms and common areas are able to host guests for overnight stays and are also available for weddings, conferences, and corporate retreats, workshops and private parties. We also host educational seminars, quilting and cooking classes. your wedding ceremony, reception, and lodging for overnight guests under the same roof! No worries about guest getting lost between the ceremony and reception. No worries about the bridal party arriving late!
