People Often Ask
Events can be hosted Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays and do not host events on those days. Daytime events must take place during our regular business hours of 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, while evening events can be hosted after hours.
During daytime business hours, the space is available starting at $20 per person (with a 30-person minimum), which also includes museum admission. For evening events, pricing is $25 per person with tables and chairs included (75-guest minimum).
Yes, you are welcome to work with your choice of outside vendors, and we do not charge any fees for using outside vendors. We can also provide a list of preferred, highly recommended local vendors upon request.
To serve alcohol, three requirements must be met: 1) alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender, 2) the client must obtain event liability insurance including liquor liability, and 3) a security guard must be present. The museum will hire the guard for the length of your event.
Yes! Our spacious hangar floors are excellent for dancing, providing a built-in dance floor area for your guests to enjoy.
While clients generally bring their own customized decorations, we proudly provide festive holiday decor during the winter season, including beautifully decorated Christmas trees and life-size toy soldiers.
