Gallery 1401 is located in the charming neighborhood of Williams Street. The connection point between Chattanooga’s historic downtown and the thriving Southside district. Nestled across from the iconic Chattanooga Choo-Choo hotel and some of the city’s most beloved local restaurants and cultural attractions, Gallery 1401 makes a unique and convenient location for any event or gathering. Gallery 1401 is an intimate space with high ceilings and original wood floors and beams that give it a modern yet classic southern feel. White walls and large windows flood the room with natural lighting. Moveable gallery walls allow the space to be transformed to accommodate the size and style of the occasion, and fine art provides a colorful and interesting backdrop that is sure to make your event a memorable one. Gallery 1401 offers over 3,000 square feet of entertaining space, with a capacity of 150 people. Alternatively, the Gallery can accommodate up to 80 seated guests. We also offer two patio spaces for outdoor enjoyment during your event. A 1401 Gallerist will be available for the duration of the event, assisting in making sure the event runs smoothly and according to plan. A kitchen allows for easy catering and there are multiple options for a bar service area within the Gallery. We can also arrange for bartending services, at an additional cost. Wi-fi and surround sound are available to help set the mood. A private lot provides the option for valet parking, for an added fee, in addition to available street parking on Williams and 14th Street, near the Gallery.
