We had my daughter's sweet 16 party here and the rental process was flawless from start to finish. Cadence Coffee is beyond helpful, accommodating and the staff is 2nd to none. I will absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and use them in the future.

One of Downtown’s Hidden Treasures — An Eventective User

I threw a party here for about 25 people recently. Everyone was impressed with this place! It is an intimate place with grown up vibes. It’s also in a great location as we walked to Nightfall and Unknown Caller afterwards without having to move our vehicles. The staff here was superb (thanks Emily ??) and the complimentary coffee was a hit! I will call Cadence first for any events I host in the future.
