We've been mastering the art of Southern cuisine since 1976, so you could say we're experts in the field. We're the exclusive providers of food and drinks - no outside catering is needed! Our menus are customizable, and we're here to collaborate with you every step of the way.
We're proud to offer a wide selection of options, including beers, wines, and spirits. Our bar packages start with a two-hour minimum and are priced per guest. We also offer a consumption bar, where drinks are charged per order on the host's final bill, or a cash bar. Cash bars require a $250 setup fee but do not require an additional service charge. We handle the pouring, but don't worry, you're in good hands with our talented bartenders! When it comes to glassware, we provide wine glasses, rocks glasses, and champagne flutes.
While Poogan's Courtyard does not offer event coordinator services, each event with us includes a dedicated on-site Event Lead, who serves as your primary point of contact throughout setup, the event itself, and breakdown. Our Event Lead is responsible for overseeing our staff in the execution of food & beverage service, as well as the setup and breakdown of included rentals. All other coordination details, such as decor placement, vendor communication, timelines, and overall event flow, are handled by the client. For a smooth and stress-free experience, we recommend working with a professional coordinator.
