Typical two-hour private buyouts range from $1,500 to $2,500, depending on the date, time, guest count and event format. Pricing is structured as a minimum beverage spend applied toward drinks purchased during the event, rather than as a separate venue rental fee. Longer events are welcome and receive a customized quote, while select daytime and pre-opening events may be priced differently.
