If you’re interested in hosting a smaller business/corporate meeting, our Red Baron and Voyager suites can serve any and all of your particular needs. Our Red Baron Room is outfitted with 40 available seats, and our Voyager suite comes furnished with 20 chairs. Our facilities are also complete with all the necessary technology to exceed your accommodations.

Your rental typically includes the event room, round tables with chairs set to your specifications, catering tables with black linen, and essential display tables such as a cake table, gift table, and guest book table.
Yes, we operate as a rental venue, which means you are welcome to bring in your own preferred vendors.
All catering must be commercially prepared; homemade items are not permitted. If you use a caterer without established brand recognition, a copy of their certificate of insurance will be required.
For bar service, you are required to hire a licensed bartending service. We also have portable bars available for rent and will facilitate the arrangement of security, which is typically required for events with bar service.
To enhance your event, we offer additional items for rent, including a dance floor, various linens (black or white), cocktail tables, and portable bars.
Rental pricing is influenced by several factors, including the amount of space you require, the total duration of your event (which accounts for setup, event time, and cleanup/move-out), and whether you are a WESERV member.
Bookings are handled electronically, with links provided for signature and payment. A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.
The Avion Center handles the general venue cleanup. We simply ask that you remove any personal items or decor that you brought in for your event.
Yes, we observe certain holiday closures, such as around Thanksgiving and the end-of-year period. Additionally, guest capacity may be subject to current local and state guidelines, so please inquire for the most up-to-date information regarding your specific event date and size.
