The Willows is an upscale Resort-Like venue offering visitors and guests the opportunity to experience a gracious and authentic 1908 Orchard Mansion. The property has a rich history and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in the beautiful Rogue Valley, The Willows is a privately-owned facility situated in the West Foothills on Historic Old Stage Road. You can enjoy strolling along romantic pathways among ancient looking willows and exploring our idyllic Koi pond at your leisure. Throughout the impeccably landscaped five acre estate you can savor glimpses of the prized flowering perennials, waterfalls and strategic lighting that set The Willows apart. The property also offers four serene and tranquil ceremony and receptions venues, a running track, an onsite tennis court, and a private croquet court for the use of event guests.

Our event pricing is individually calculated, based on these five parameters: 1. Your guest count is initially estimated, then adjusted at 90 days prior. 2. Number of event hours scheduled can be a minimum of 2 hour to a maximum 6 hours. 3. Day of week scheduled: a weekday (Sun-Thurs) event or weekend event (Fri-Sat) 4. The time of day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) is taken into consideration. 5. Time of year scheduled: high season (May-Oct) or low season (Nov-Apr) event. Pricing examples at each end of the range: The bridal couple plus 2 guests for a 1 hour weekday, morning or afternoon event using any single venue area would start at $450.00. This event would include: 2 changing rooms, pre-recorded music, and a champagne or sparkling cider toast. The bridal couple plus 150 guests for a 6 hour, Fri or Sat evening, high-season event using the entire venue area would start at $6,600.00. This event would include: 2 changing rooms, OLCC bartender(s), staff for guest parking direction, set-up and break-down of tables & chairs coordination with all outside vendors, day-of coordinator to maintain your pre-determined event schedule The variable of your guest count is adjusted up until 90 days prior to your event when the original count can be adjusted. The fixed aspects of items 2 - 5 are determined at your contract signing.

This is a 30' X 45' area situated next to a Koi pond with 3 fountains.Your guests can view your ceremony held across the pond on the Island Pergola that is framed by giant weeping willows.The patio is framed with perimeter accent lighting that you can decorate any way you choose. Cascading floral baskets surround the patio filled with colorful arrays of sweet-smelling annuals. This area is suitable as ceremony guest seating for up to 140, dinner seating for up to 120, or surrounded by patio bistro tables and chairs for the post dinner reception and dancing in the center..

The Great Lawn measures 55' X 85' and is surrounded by evergreens, Birch Stands, Crepe Myrtles, Weeping and Curly Willow Trees. It is a favorite for wedding ceremonies, large dinner receptions, or just plain lawn games to occupy the children while the adults celebrate. There are at least 5 different backdrops to choose from in selecting your ceremony location. You can use the stone stage area, drape flowing streamers from birch trees, or position an arch to frame a beautiful weeping backdrop. This area is also a favorite for those large family and bridal party photographs following your ceremony.

The 30' X 45' tent is situated in the middle of our events area. It has a 2 dedicated dance floors at it's center and in front of the fireplace. It can seat up to 100 guests for dinner, and more when either/both the 15' extensions are added. This space is perfect for your smaller events like showers, birthday & holiday parties and corporate events that can be celebrated in one space, yet still have access to The Willows entire events area. For larger events of 80+ guests, use this space as your "Cocktail Hour" location between your ceremony and dinner, then return to the tent to dance the evening away. This venue just had an extensive renovation. The newly constructed 15' X 30' additional space includes a wood dance floor next to a large stone LED fireplace complete with a water"wall" cascading into a fire pit. The vaulted ceiling includes a dramatic "Hammer-Beam" ceiling. More pictures will be posted soon. For any group concerned about inclement weather impacting their garden wedding, The Biergarten tent will be expandable to a 30' X 75' space. At over 2,000 sq. ft. of available space we can provide a covered venue for up to 175 guest events.

Wonderful Venue - An Eventective User

I am so glad I chose to have my wedding at The Willows. The grounds are so beautiful, I love that you can choose different areas for the different parts of your event. We had our ceremony on the upper lawn and our reception in the beirgarten. The owner Joe was so helpful and kind, it made planning from out of town so much easier. The staff the day of helped our day go smoothly it was a blessing. The beirgarten in the evening is so beautiful and romantic with the lights and fireplace I absolutely loved it! Having the room to get ready in at the venue was fantastic with the fridge was a real bonus! I highly recommend this venue and their services! -Chloe
