To secure your date, we'll send a contract and invoice through HoneyBook, our secure booking platform. A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to officially reserve your event date.
No. Setup and breakdown are included and do not count toward your service time. We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is ready when your guests arrive.
Absolutely. We understand that event details can change. You can update your template design, backdrop selection, timeline, and other customization details leading up to your event. We recommend finalizing all event details at least two weeks before your event date.
