The Reserve has designated parking, space for an outdoor ceremony or the option to have your ceremony inside and transition the space, or hold a ceremony in the covered breezeway. It has restrooms, catering prep kitchen, covered outdoor space, a bridal room and groom’s quarters. We will provide tables and chairs for 150 guests, and cleaning is included. This package does not include use of the chapel. The pricing for The Reserve per day is: Monday through Thursday $1,500, Friday or Sunday $2,800, and Saturday $3,800.

When you book Osage House, you have use of the Osage property: chapel, reception hall, outdoor space. We will include tables and chairs for 240 guests, one hour for a ceremony rehearsal, and access to the property for a two hour photo shoot prior to your wedding day. Our bridal suite is on the 3rd floor, and will have space for hair/makeup, a dressing area, sitting area, a kitchenette, and private restroom with a shower. Our groom’s quarters is in the basement area, and will have all of the same amenities as listed above, as well as a pool table and bar area. We also have a vendor lounge space, so that your vendors have their own area to keep their belongings and take a break if needed. Additionally, we have a catering prep kitchen in the main building, with its own separate entrance for easy access for your catering team. Pricing for Osage House is daily from 9:00am to 11:00pm. Monday through Thursday is $4,000, Friday or Sunday is $6,000, and a Saturday in April, May, June, September, October, or November is $9,500. A Saturday in July, August, or December is $8,500. $7,500 in January through March. We can also customize pricing for elopements smaller than 50 people.
