Great Food and Service, Event Cordinator Steve is outstanding and accomodating to all guest needs. The property is beautiful with an outside area contemporary with ponds and palm tress while inside the cocktail room as a roaring twenties look which is a great atmosphere rather then your average cocktail hour. The ball room as a elevator in the floor where the bridal party and or bride and groom come out through a cloud of fog and lights. My friends and family are still raving about my wedding.
Chateau Briand - Weddings fit for a Celebrity

I got married at Chateau Briand last year and it was amazing. I felt like a star. Everything was so beautiful from the waterfall when we arrived to the dressing rooms. This was my day and the staff at Chateau Briand made me feel special. I couldn't of thought my wedding would have been better than it was. I have never felt as pampered and spoiled as I was on my wedding day. The staff at chateau briand catered to me and my new husband like royalty. The food was outstanding and so was the service for the guests and to my wedding party. We had our own photo shoot suite- with a full bar and appetizers. I had two bridal attendants, who at the end of the night, cleaned up everything and returned it to our hotel room next door. I didn't have to lift a finger. The Chateau Briand as a venue is beautiful. I picked it mainly for the garden area and also for the art deco decor. Although I didnt eat much that day, my guests tell me that the cocktail hour was amazing, as was the dessert buffet, with tons of food! They followed all my instructions on decor and setup perfectly. Overall though, the Chateau did a beautiful job and I was definitely pleased. Reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. I took my few complaints to management after the wedding, and got very good responses and compensation. If your looking for a place to get married look no further
Wedding Reception of Your dreams

This venue is to die for. When i walked into the cocktail hour of my friends wedding reception my jaw dropped. I felt like Chateau Briand brought Miami to New York. It was so beautiful, their were palm trees with lights and white furniture all around, with cabanas. their were several food stations to choose from and a bar with 5 bartenders to accommodate the numerous guests. The room for the reception was beautiful as well from the center pieces, the table settings and i loved the draping on the ceiling. The room was very spacious. The food was delicious and well portioned. the service was great as well.Chateau Briand maybe number on my list for my wedding.
Wish I could have my wedding all over again

As soon as we walked into the Chateau Briand I was impressed. Everything about the place was great. I didn't have a very large wedding just about 100 people, the Chateau Briand had no problem with the number of guests and the room we were in was gorgeous and enough room for every guest. The room for the cocktail hour had enough room for everyone to have a seat which was a big selling point because I have been to weddings before where I had to stand because there weren't enough seats. Also the Chateau Briand had 2 photo studios for the bridal party to take pictures and they had a cocktail hour set up in there for us. The food was delicious. The photo studio we were in was the Monet room which I had requested so I was very happy about it. It had monet paintings all around the room. The Chateau Briand may have more then one event at a time, but we didn't at any point see or hear the other wedding. Even the guests had separate bathrooms. I also had 2 bridal attendants which was a great touch and did make me feel like a princess. The food was superb and our guests had 7 choices for dinner. My husband and I were giving a sample plate that included every item on the menu. Another thing that made me happy was my husband stayed at the hotel next door with the groomsman the night before and when the photographer requested that he be able to take pictures inside the Chateau Briand in the morning and they had no problem and even turned on the fire place and waterfall for some really great photos of the guys. They just were really thoughtful through the whole process and the price was not bad at all. I always have wanted to go back I really wish someone else I know would get married there.
