Michael put together a fabulous meal for our 150 person event. His prices were very reasonable, and the food was mouth-watering (the most tender roast ever, we cut it with a fork). And he accomplished this on a very tight timeline. I highly recommend him for your event or private dinner.

From day one of our interaction to you, we were blown away by your customer service! When I had initially contacted you for pricing and other options, you responded in less than a day (I am still waiting to hear back from some of the other caterers I inquired to over a year ago). When we went to Canmore for our tasting with you, we were so excited by your menu ideas, creations and talent!! You continued to impress us with your vendor referrals, follow up, management of the liquor license, and then of course on our big day! Everything went off perfectly and people were so impressed with the food! They say that as long as you have great food and enough alcohol, people will think your wedding was a success!! It definitely was a success and we have you to thank for that. So thanks again for everything you did! You took so much of the ‘worry’ that comes with planning a wedding off of our shoulders. Mike made our reception a success — An Eventective User

After doing much research and planning of the catering option available for our wedding taking place in the Bow Valley, we were greatly disillusioned. None of the businesses we contacted were able to meet all our needs. We were even considering doing all the food preparation ourselves until we met Mike Anderson of Bow Valley Gourmet. Mike immediately relieved all our worries with an initial consultation. Mike was very understanding of how we pictured our wedding reception to be and worked with us in planning all the logistics. He was able to accommodate our budget with multiple options of menus and service. Mike went out of his way to meet with the owners of the venue beforehand and ensure the set-up would be perfect. During the event Mike provided catering service that was unobtrusive yet essential for the success of our wedding reception. The timing and atmosphere was brilliant, but most importantly the food was phenomenal. We couldn’t have made a better choice of caterers.
