Triwood Community Association offers five unique rentable spaces which include; Charleswood Hall, Collingwood Hall , Foothills Hall, JT's Clubhouse and The Boardroom. The Charleswood Hall is our main event space for up to 200 guests - it has ample space to host your guests for dinner and a dance party! The Charleswood has it's own separate wheelchair accessible entrance, washrooms, overhead speaker system, wireless microphone and serving area. The Collingwood adjoins with the Charleswood by two sets of double doors and can be accessed through the main community association doors or through the Charleswood hall. The two halls combined are 4500 sq. feet. They can be rented separately throughout the year. During the months of May-October, we do have the requirement that the Charleswood Hall or Collingwood Hall are rented for the full day period on Saturdays, and we have catering requirements for Saturday bookings during that time period.
Triwood has its own incredibly experienced and hospitable catering team that offers a range of menu items for all palates. Included with our catering is an event coordinator, chef & kitchen team, linens, napkins, dishware, glassware, water station, buffet decor and buffet labels. Additional stationary can be purchased including; table numbers, name tags, seating charts and menus to match your theme. Though we offer in house catering any day of the week, you are welcome to bring in outside catering Sunday-Friday. Please note, the above catering items are specific to our catering team and are not available to outside catered events. All outside catering must be prepared offsite and delivered hot and ready for service as we do not provide use of our commercial kitchen.
JT's Clubhouse operates as a restaurant and pub open to the public for all ages from Monday-Thursday (5pm-9pm). It is available for private rentals Friday to Sunday and is a popular spot to host all kinds of celebrations. One half of the room has a pool table with corner fire place and casual pub style seating and the other half of the room is for dining. The tables can be configured banquet style if you like. It has an indoor capacity of 50 with additional seating for 35 on the adjoining patio which would be exclusive for your use with your booking. There is option for an outdoor fire on the patio as well as casual bbq style meal. The clubhouse has it's own entrance and walks out onto a licensed patio, beside a greenspace. The clubhouse has been used for a range of gatherings, including: training, meetings, corporate parties, birthdays, anniversarys, team building, wedding showers, engagement parties and weddings. The space includes a pool table, 2 TV's, wall mounted electric fireplace and corner electric fireplace, 2 private washrooms.
The Foothills Hall is a multipurpose space available for dance and fitness classes, meetings, parties, showers, and weddings. The space is 2760 square feet and can accommodate up to 150 persons banquet style or theatre style. It is ground level with a direct entrance/exit to outside. It has one singular washroom, fitness flooring, 20 foot mirror, fitness bar and 4 large windows overlooking our back green space.
The Boardroom comfortably seats 10 people and is commonly used for social groups & board meetings. The room is set boardroom style but the tables can be folded upwards to create an open space. The space includes, four 6*3 foot tables and 10 chairs. Boardroom chairs can be removed and replaced with banquet style chairs to accommodate up to 16 people around the table. Wall mounted TV included for your boardroom presentation on your laptop with your HDMI cable.
