Thank you for your interest in holding a private event with Aussie Rules Piano Bar! We are confident that your group will enjoy our venue and our unique atmosphere.
There is no cost to rent the room at Aussie Rules Piano Bar from Sunday to Wednesday. We do, however, charge for the Piano players. Prices are as follows:
• $1000 (January – October) & $1,300 (November & December) for three piano players. The show is a total of four hours, with no breaks!
• This payment is due within one week of making the initial booking, or one month prior to the event date – whichever happens first.
• We also have a required minimum spend of $25/person on nights when we are not regularly open.
This spend can be used for any combination of food, drinks, and décor.
Please note that it does not include the prices for pianos.
o For prices on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday buy-out, please inquire directly.
Our room can hold up to 253 guests.
For private functions, we require a food component. We have a variety of options to choose from including a one- to four-course meal, appetizer platters, full pub-style menu, or a buffet.
• We require food components finalized one week prior to the event date. Payment, in full, is required the night of the event.
We have three choices for drinks:
• Host bar: Unlimited drinks on the main bill.
• Drink tickets: You are only charged for the number of tickets used. Drink tickets are a way of controlling how many drinks each person has on your tab. You can also set a maximum value for each drink ticket.
• Individual: Everyone on their own tab.

• Deposits can be paid in person with Cash or Cheque, and over the phone or via email with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• We will also attach a deposit invoice in case you need an invoice before you can process payment.

With the Holiday season approaching fast, here at Aussie Rules we would like to help make this stressful season run smoothly for you. This package allows you, the organizer, to have a stress-free and enjoyable night. The package offers pre-ordered food options which allow you to choose from platters or course dinner options for a more festive evening. We can also customize your bar tab to your specific wants, needs and budget. Open bar tabs, individual tabs or drink tickets which are a great incentive for staff, a nice gift, and a good option for consumption control.
During our Holiday season, we require a minimum of $40 per person to be spent. This includes our $13 cover charge per person for our exciting dueling pianos. The remaining $27 can be spent on pre-ordered food, drinks, or items available on the evening of your reservation. Let’s make this year’s Christmas party unique and fun!
1. Deposit – A single deposit of $13 per person is applied to the booking.
2. Final reservation – No less than 1 week prior to the event: Confirm guest count, food and beverage selections. There is no penalty for a decrease in guest count; the full deposit is applied and remaining balance will be processed the night of the event.
Payment options – Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Cancellations - This deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your initial reservation date the deposit will be transferable to another date within 30 days of your original reservation.
Additional services – We can arrange pre-set wine on your tables for your arrival, keep group bar tabs and/or provide drink tickets. There are also options for pre-paid coat check and entrée upgrades. These services must be selected no less than 2 weeks prior to the show date. Additional services are a final sale and must be used in full on the show date.
When choosing your platters we will need to know how many of each platter you would like to get and what time you would like the platters served. We can also do a staggered service so food is not sitting out getting cold.
For the course dinner options we will need to know how many courses you would like, what time you would like to have dinner served and finally the amount of each appetizer, entrée and dessert option your group would like to get. We do not require a list of names for your dinner options, but please inform us of any guest(s) who require special meals or have any dietary restrictions.
We have also attached the Private Function Letter for you, in case you are interested in holding a Private Event for your group with us.
