We just hosted our annual company Christmas party at Red Water Events - Stonewater, and it was an absolutely magical night! This venue is truly the perfect place to celebrate the holiday season.
The team, led by Madison, was exceptional. They handled all the logistical details, including vendor coordination and setup, with professionalism and remarkable holiday spirit. Everything was executed flawlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the party.

There was some transition of employees while we were in our planning stages but we were kept in the loop along the way and not a single ball was dropped. Our banquest space, Diamond Room C, was a perfect place to host my son's graduation open house. Vanessa was easy to work with and had the room set up exactly how we envisioned. Vanessa answered all of our questions quickly and was incredibly helpful in helping us decide on the menu. During our event staff never allowed food to run low, quickly cleared used dishes, and were helpful the entire evening. I recommend Stonewater!

Everything went very well. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. We feed 65 guys, and all got enough to eat.

Stonewater was just recently updated and offers a great all-inclusive package for wedding receptions! In terms of wedding food, Stonewater is top of the line. Our guests loved the food! Anna was helpful in the planning process. It was a very hot day and Anna made sure the AC was blasting. There's a nice, tented area outside as well. Only complaint was in the reception set up. Some tables were missing chairs and some tables, like the coffee table, had stains. Once my aunt found a staff member that was willing to help these issues were taken care of!

We hosted a company appreciation dinner at Stonewater and the communication and service from booking to last call were exceptional. In an era where service is hard to find Stonewater set themselves apart as a venue we will definitely use again. The appetizers and buffet dinner were kept well stocked and fresh, the ribs were fall off the bone tender which was a pleasant surprise for a buffet. Highly recommend if you are looking for an event space.

They make it easy by providing a personal event coordinator. The planning was super simple with detailed forms and the communication was excellent from start to finish. We had a group of 40 and used Diamond Room B. We offered 2 menu options, and Anna was great to work with in getting the room ready!
Our staff had the option of steak or pesto chicken. We also had Risotto as a vegetarian option. Everyone loved the food and the cupcakes got lavishing reviews too!!
For a group of40, Diamond Room B at StoneWater was perfect. Came with a real Christmas Tree in the room, and we were able to eat comfortably and easily stand and talk as well, which is something our staff has been wanting to have in a venue!

We had our wedding reception at StoneWater Country Club in July. Anna worked closely with us on all the details and really helped personalize our event. The all-inclusive rate made everything so much easier and the additional amenities they provide took off some of the stress in wedding planning. The outside patio area, the waterfall, and the bridge made the perfect location for photos and our cocktail hour. They even provided a back-up option for our ceremony in case it rained. Staff were very helpful and accommodating in making our day so special!

We used Stonewater for my Father in laws memorial luncheon. It was extremely last minute, and we expected a good sized crowd (200). The venue did EVERYTHING for us, from a nice setup, food service and take down. The grilled food was a hit, and was really delicious, and was hot. The servers were extremely efficient and kind, and left zero messes anywhere for any length of time. The venue itself is clean, kept up beautifully, and has a nice outdoor area if you need fresh air. It's well ventilated as well, which can be an issue.
Anna was able to pull this all together in 4 days, so as far as I am concerned, she's a miracle worker. Added, it came in under budget! Thank you so much for making a bad situation so easy for our family!
Amazing 70th Birthday Party

On 7/8/23 I celebrated my 70th Birthday at Stonewater County Club. I had 96 guests invited and we had appetizers, late night pizzas, gourmet cookies and bars, beer, wine included, and cash bar available. Anna was my contact and she did an amazing job helping us with the room set up, menu, and all the little details I had envisioned. Anna answered all my email, calls, and questions, quickly and was super efficient . The staff the day of the party helped us set up, worked through the evening professionally and discretely and after the party helped us pack up they were great. Again, I highly recommend Stonewater Country Club for any type of event.

The communication was incredible, from the very beginning of notifying Fire Rock Grille of needing a venue for my daughter's graduation to the end of receiving the invoice. Anna answered all of my email questions promptly and was super helpful with food recommendations and decorations. Staff on the day of the party was helpful and prompt with keeping refreshments replenished and clearing away dishes as guests were done eating. The venue was super clean and ready as soon as I arrived. I have attended 2 weddings at this same venue and was impressed as a guest as well. StoneWater was a great venue for our roundtable/networking style event! The natural light from all the windows in the banquet hall was great, plus your on a golf course which our attendees loved. We had a monthly dinner society meeting at StoneWater. The staff were friendly and organizing the event with Anna was very easy. She was willing to work with us when we had an adjustment of the number of attendees at our event. The only complaint I would have would be the method of the cash bar at our event. Drink orders were taken too late to enjoy/finish the beverage. But the food was warm and timely! The staff was friendly and helpful too!

I can't recommend this venue enough. We had a cozy room with a fireplace to set a lovely ambiance. The food was just amazing. Many of our guests came up to say that it was one of the best meals they had ever had. Highly recommend the Braised Beef and the Pesto Chicken. Staff was extremely helpful to us and friendly. We couldn't have been happier. I give it a 5-star rating.
