No adult / teen parties with loud music allowed. No nigh time parties allowed. all events must finish before 10 pm to be considerate to the resident condos in the building.

Great place for an event

from Burnaby
I used this venue to host a baby shower for around 30 people and it was perfect. The space had everything we needed, including a washroom, a microwave, a fridge, and two sinks which made set up, storage and cleaning up very convenient. There were just enough tables and chairs for my group size to sit and mingle. The event was on a hot day and the unit is fully AC'd which was the huge bonus. Frank was friendly and very pleasant to work with. I'd definitely use this venue again for future events!
