All setup, decorating, and cleanup must be completed within your contracted rental block. We recommend reserving enough time to cover your preparation and packing needs.
We encourage you to decorate the space to match your event theme. However, to preserve the facility, the use of tape, staples, nails, or screws on the walls is prohibited, and glitter or confetti is allowed.
Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to reschedule your event to an available future date whenever possible according to our policy guidelines.
