Messina Hof Bryan Estate Winery offers fully customizable event packages for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Our team will work with you to create a personalized quote based on your specific wants, needs, and budget. Packages, such as the Classic, Elegant, or Intimate wedding options, can be adjusted to include or remove elements like specific florals or other services.
Event pricing primarily includes a 4-hour room rental fee, with costs varying by venue space. For instance, outdoor spaces like The Rose Garden or The Gazebo are $1000, The Cellar Room (indoors) is $1500, and The Balcony & Gallery (indoors) is $3000 for a 4-hour rental. Food, wine, staffing, setup, and breakdown are additional and will be detailed in your custom quote, which includes tax and gratuity. An additional hour can often be added for $300.
Our Bryan Estate offers several distinct event spaces. The Gallery & Balcony, located upstairs over the restaurant, can accommodate up to 175 guests and offers gorgeous views of the vineyard and pond. The Cellar Room is an intimate indoor space ideal for smaller groups, holding up to 75 guests. For outdoor events, we have The Rose Garden and The Gazebo, both capable of holding up to 150+ guests in a vineyard or lakeside setting. Please note that the Lakeside Wine Bar is not an event rental venue.
Yes, Messina Hof prides itself on being an all-inclusive property. You are required to contract all food and wine services through our venues. Our award-winning culinary team offers customizable menus, and we provide a full-service bar that includes beer, liquor, and our Texas wines.
Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour of our beautiful property. Our Designer Event’s office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time for your visit.
Our payment structure involves three parts: a 33% deposit is due at the time of contract signing, 50% of the remaining balance is due two months before your event, and the final balance, along with final headcounts and menu selections, is due 10 days prior to the event.
