Brazos Cotton Exchange was built in 1904 as the Howell Wholesale Grocers Building. The first floor housed the grocery business and the second and third floors contained first class professional offices and the Brazos Cotton Exchange. Today, the building is used as en event venue for special events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, business events, conferences, seminars, retreats, and social events. Third floor Ballroom offers 3,000 sq.ft. of space and has three sided picturesque views of historic downtown. The Ballroom features hardwood floors for dancing, a caterers kitchen, and elevator for convenience. Ample parking is available.
