Earth Coast Productions is a Colorado event video, live streaming, and hybrid event production company headquartered at Earth Coast Studios in Broomfield. Since 2011 we have delivered more than 2,000 productions for conferences, galas, summits, fundraisers, corporate meetings, and weddings across Denver, Boulder, the Front Range, and nationwide.
Event videography: Multi-camera coverage of keynotes, panels, and celebrations, plus highlight reels, recap videos, social cuts, and full session recordings delivered quickly.
Live streaming and hybrid events: Live switching, remote presenters, and streaming to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo, or our own virtual venue platform, so online guests feel like they are in the room.
Event AV: Sound, screens, lighting, and show calling for hotel ballrooms, conference centers, and unique venues. We bring the full system or supplement the house.
Wedding films: Documentary-style wedding storytelling built around your day, with getting-ready moments, interviews, and vignettes instead of a cookie-cutter reel.
Brand films, interviews, and podcasts: Shot on location or at our Broomfield studio.
We shoot on Canon cinema cameras with professional switching and audio, and our FAA Part 107 certified pilots capture drone aerials. We work holistically, not hourly: we stay with your team for the full run of the event and own the entire signal chain start to finish. No travel fees for Colorado Front Range events. Yes. We're based in Broomfield and there are no travel fees for events on the Colorado Front Range. We also travel throughout the continental US and Canada, and travel costs are built right into your proposal so there are no surprises.
No, we price per event, never hourly. We stay with your team for the full run of the event, keynotes, breakouts, and evening receptions included, with no clock-watching and no extra charge for moving between rooms or venues. Every project gets a detailed written proposal.
Yes, it's one of our specialties. We run multi-camera live broadcasts with live switching, remote presenters, and streaming to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo, or our own virtual venue platform, Earth Coast LIVE, with personal attendee passes and ticketing integrations. Online guests get a real seat at your event.
Yes. We provide full event AV, including microphones, sound, screens and projectors, staging, lighting, and show calling. We can bring the whole system or supplement what your venue already has.
For full event productions, 6 to 12 weeks ahead is ideal. Studio sessions and smaller shoots usually need 2 to 4 weeks. Tighter timeline? Reach out anyway and we'll do our best to make it work.
Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks after your event. Highlight reels and social cuts can come faster, and rush delivery is available if you let us know early. You'll get a high-resolution master plus web-ready versions through secure download links, and we can upload straight to YouTube, Vimeo, or your own platform.
Yes, through a separate raw footage license. Raw files are unedited, ungraded, and very large, often up to 1 TB per camera per day, so they ship on physical drives. Most clients find it easier to have us cut a finished piece to their direction, or to get a curated selection of clips to edit themselves.
Absolutely. We coordinate with venue AV teams, planners, lighting designers, caterers, decor, and speaker bureaus all the time, and we confirm load-in, power, and internet details with your venue ahead of the event.
Yes. We carry general liability and equipment coverage, and we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or organization.
Yes. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots capture aerials for events, weddings, brand films, and venues across Colorado, as an add-on to any package where the location allows it.
