The House on Locust is a two-level private event space in Bushwick, Brooklyn — ideal for weddings, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, engagements, retirement parties, graduations, corporate gatherings, dance parties, and nightlife-style celebrations. Capacity up to 400 guests across three bookable options: Entire Venue (both floors), Parlor Floor only (up to 250, with lobby and Miami-style backyard), and Rose Room only (up to 150 downstairs). Features include a fully licensed bar, customizable lighting, modular seating, 2× frame TVs, projector ceiling, an 85" TV for custom visuals, and a Danley sound system. Space rental is a 4-hour block. A bar buyout or per-person drink package is required for every event — ask us about a bar buyout. Drink packages: Basic $60 / Standard $75 / Premium $90 per person for 3 hours. We also offer bottle service — inquire for current packages. To secure your date and time, a signed agreement and a deposit (50% of the rental) are required. Rules and further details are outlined in the agreement.
