All food and beverage is in house and built out within the minimum spend. The minimum spend is the quoted price to rent out the space. We have a few venues within the Moxy Hotel, all with different capacities and price ranges. Please specify the venue of interest (and always recommend including a budget) so we can best guide you on pricing and what that includes.

Terms and Conditions

In exchange for the reservation of the Event Space on the indicated Event Date and Event Time set forth above, Group agrees to the following terms I. Event Space i. The aforementioned Event Space has been allocated for your event based on the time frame indicated above. At the conclusion of the time frame, all food and beverage service will cease. No other spaces in the restaurant will be reserved for or guaranteed to be available to Group. ii. In the case of a partial buyout: i. Client is aware that the bar will be used to service the entire space which includes the areas that are not reserved by the group. This will not affect the service to the event and no other guests will be able to use the area that the group has reserved. ii. Client is aware that the bathrooms are shared with all patrons and there are no dedicated bathrooms for event guests. iii. Group agrees to be responsible for any damage to or loss of any property of the Venue or the premises or building of the venue that is caused by Group’s guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors, or other agents, who are under the Group's control, or the control of any independent contractor hired by Group, and Group shall indemnify and hold harmless the Venue for any such damage or loss and for any costs, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by restaurant in connection therewith or resulting therefrom. iv. The Client warrants that, at all times, it shall ensure that it and its attendees shall at all times comply with all legislative provisions, as well as all requests and directions from the Venue’s management and staff in relation to the use of, behavior within and access to the Venue. v. Without prejudice to the above, the Client shall ensure that at all times, it and its attendees i. whether inside or outside the Venue, shall not affix to the walls or display any signs, posters or promotional material without the prior written consent of the Venue; ii. shall keep all fire exits and fire exit corridors completely clear of hazards and storage; iii. shall obtain prior approval from the Venue before bringing any production or external equipment to the Venue, and shall comply with any and all requirements of the Venue in relation to the storage and use of such equipment. Venue does not offer storage of items. iv. shall obtain prior approval from the Venue before bringing to the Venue or consuming at the Venue any food and beverage items other than as purchased at the Venue; v. shall obtain prior approval from the Venue for any third party contractors, agents or suppliers who will supply any part of, or be in attendance in connection with, a Booking (any such persons shall be deemed “attendees” for the purposes of this Contract); vi. shall inform the Venue as soon as possible if any of its attendees have tested positive for, or displayed symptoms of, any contagious disease, illness or infection (including but not limited to Covid-19)within the relevant time period (as stated by local government guidance from time to time) before or after attending the Venue; vii. shall only engage a photographer or conduct photography at the Booking within the hired areas with the prior approval of the Venue; viii. shall ensure that any attendees are of legal age (21) after 9pm, and that all attendees must hold photographic ID at all times (which must be produced on request); ix. shall ensure that no furniture, fixtures or fittings at the Venue are moved, unless agreed in writing in advance by the Venue; and x. shall not to use any items in or outside the Venue that may create amplified noise, smell or visual effects, unless agreed in writing by the Venue. vi. The following décor is not allowed in the aforementioned Event Space: glitter, confetti, taper candles, open flames (votives are allowed as long as contained in glass), and adhesives on surfaces. An extension of Bar Bedford, The Garden serves as a relaxing outdoor lounge for hotel guests as well as a venue for private events. Inspired by the backyard gardens tucked behind many Williamsburg apartment buildings, the design creates a lively oasis in the urban jungle. Casual and spirited, the furniture allows for a multitude of uses and the space is fully tented in colorful striped fabric so it can be used year-round!

The three Meeting Studios are breakaway spaces designed to be used for private events and co-working. Studio 3 is a private dining room for Mesiba. Sitting off the corridor behind the lobby and Bar Bedford, the Studios feature modular sofas, worktables that fold down to become credenzas, and a variety of side tables — all designed to be easily rearranged for different purposes, transforming the space as day turns into night. The rooms are separated by operable glass walls so they can be combined to accommodate larger groups and open onto Bar Bedford Garden.
