We specialize in creating unique events, from elegant, intimate dinner parties in NYC, to corporate meetings and cocktail parties, to weddings in the lush Catskill Mountains. What sets us apart is that each client works directly with our executive chef, Jill Freiberg, to create a menu and concept that is both unique and sophisticated. For the past 30 years, Chef Jill Freiberg, has worked with many of the top caterers in both NYC and the Hudson Valley. She’s had the privilege of working on everything from President Bill Clinton’s birthday bash in Grand Central Station, to same-sex weddings for couples that waited many years to be married. Chef Jill takes pride in creating menus that reflect her clients’ vision. She thinks of New American cuisine as the perfect vehicle to encompass the food styles of the old and new world. Our many successful events have included vegan-gluten-free weddings with produce supplied from the bounties of the Hudson Valley, to a 180-person Indian-Italian feast that was recently featured in the New York Times.
