The space can accommodate up to 400 people. Views are framed by floor to ceiling windows all the way up to the nearly 14’ ceilings. Additionally, there is an ability to divide the room in half, with the option of the second room for staging purposes. Those who are looking for a larger experience can even book a portion of the outdoor courtyard which connects to the Five Two A via staircase. The space lends itself well to celebratory events from weddings to private parties, corporate and experiential events, art shows, photoshoots, and beyond. Electric capabilities include two 200 amp camlock panels available for distribution. Dedicated electrical circuits are available along the perimeter and ceiling. The audio system is capable of playing as one room or three independent zones. Plus, there is flexible overhead lighting fixtures. Back of house prep areas will be made available until a 500 square foot prep kitchen with refrigeration, freezer, convention oven, worktables, and a double sink comes online later this year.
