Our imaginative menu is a reflection of her vibrant life experience growing up in Mexico and working in some of the finest kitchens in the world. She builds on her family’s favorite recipes, adding ingredients and using techniques along her epic journey. The cocktail program complements the food with fresh, seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients with a focus on agave-based spirits as well as classics and all kinds of wine.
