Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment & Payment • All services must be booked in advance. • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. • Full balance is due prior to the ceremony. 2. Legal Requirements • Couples must provide a valid marriage license issued by a New York City Clerk. • Both parties must be present and have valid photo ID. • Officiant will complete and return the license to the appropriate office after the ceremony. 3. Ceremony Options • Ceremonies can be simple (legal signing only) or customized with vows and staging. • Additional time for photos or setup may be billed separately. 4. Location & Studio Rules • Services are provided at our Bronx studio. • All general studio/event space rules apply (e.g., no smoking, respect time limits). • Any additional decor or guests must be approved in advance. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation • One-time rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice, based on availability. • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. 6. Add-On Services • Decor, photography, videography, and event planning can be added for an additional fee.
