Cancellation Policy * We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 week before the beginning of your appointment. * Cancellations made more than 1 week before the event will not be charged the remaining balance; however, the deposit remains non-refundable. * Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable in full, as staffing, supplies, and vendor services will have already been confirmed. * No-shows on the event day are considered cancellations and are non-refundable. * Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred once to a new date (subject to availability) if notice is provided at least 5 business days in advance. Accepted Payment Method * All payments are processed through Square Terminal. Payments Due Date * To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. * The remaining 50% balance is due 72 hours before the event date.
