About Cascades Inn

Cascades Inn is a family-friendly retro motel in a nice quiet location within walking distance to Big 10 Indiana University stadiums and Assembly Hall, and only 1.5 miles from historic downtown Bloomington Indiana. Easily accessible and with free off-street parking, Cascades Inn is located 1/4 mile north of the main State Road 45/46 intersection with North Walnut Street/College Ave on the near north side of Bloomington, Indiana. Also, we are located off the first Bloomington exit on I-69/State Road 37 from the north (Indianapolis). The Cascades Inn has 3 event areas that will provide excellent flexibility for your party or meeting: The Sycamore Room, Maple Room, and the Courtyard Garden. The Sycamore Room is a 1,100 square foot space with floor to ceiling windows along one wall and hardwood floors. The Maple Room is 550 square feet adjoining the the Sycamore Room, perfect for a side meeting, food or display tables. The Courtyard Garden is 10,000 square feet with a central open area for functions, with walkways through garden beds of trees, bushes, grasses and flowers. A gazebo with 2 large barbecues is available for your use. Use of the Sycamore Room, Maple Room, and Courtyard Garden comes with access to the lobby lounge with comfy sofas and fireplace, library and kid's corner, restrooms and free, off-street parking. Inn staff will be on hand to direct guests to your event. Chairs, table configurations, and linens are included in the event fee. Please call with any questions. Cascades Inn has no catering requirement.

Cascades Inn Sycamore Room - An Eventective User from Bloomington, IN

I hosted a surprise party for a 30th birthday celebration, and this space was wonderful! Great pricing, plenty of open space for guests and tons of room to bring in lots of food/drinks/etc. The staff was absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond to make the surprise go well and make us feel special. Definitely will be coming back for future events and highly recommending to friends and family! Thank you Cascades Inn for a great day!

This is a great place to have an event or party. The Sycamore Room is amazing! We loved the dance floor! The maple room was beautiful too. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We stayed the night in one of their newly remodeled rooms. The room was perfect! I would recommend the Cascades Inn to everyone!
