Get ready for the perfect wedding experience with 1 hour for your rehearsal and 3 hours for your ceremony—additional time available for a small extra fee. Enjoy beautiful music with a skilled university musician playing either the organ or piano at your ceremony, plus a one-hour music consultation. If you bring in outside musicians, they’ll coordinate with our in-house expert for a seamless performance. An Illinois Wesleyan Facility Coordinator will ensure the venue is perfectly prepared, and there’s plenty of free parking for you and your guests. You’ll also have full access to the entire building, including the peaceful second-floor meditation area, the lower-level fellowship area, and a conference room. We provide all the essentials with in-stock furniture, including 2 kneelers, 4 flower stands, an altar table, podium, lectern, etc. Our event coordinator will work with you to ensure everything is perfectly set up for your special day.

Popular Room Options: Joslin Atrium Connected to the ballroom, Joslin has floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking our campus quad. Perfect for smaller gatherings! Full day price: $550 Half day price: $275 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup) Main Lounge A traditional ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests. It features high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. Full day: $660 Half day : $330 (up to 4 hours, including the time for your own setup) Hansen A large flexible event area with tall historic windows and a second-floor balcony overlooking the main space. Can hold up to 200 people. Wonderful place to host an event! - An Eventective User

We had a wedding reception for our son at the Hansen Student Center. The venue was gorgeous and all the staff: Conference staff, catering staff, and onsite staff were all wonderful to work with. The reception went smoothly with the help of Melanie who was present answer all our questions and help us with the audio visual. We highly recommend IWU Conference Services!
