Highly Recommend A Barn — An Eventective User from Belgrade Maine

As soon as we stepped onto the property we knew A Barn was the place we were supposed to get married. The barn is older but holds a lot of charm and is well kept, the grounds are beautiful and the options for ceremony spots were also beautiful. Taking our first steps out onto the back patio literally took our breaths away. What completely sold A Barn for us was Robin and Mike. From the very start Robin was organized and welcoming - using inclusive language which as a queer couple was comforting to hear- and all around there to make our day the best it could be. Throughout the entire wedding planning process Robin was available to help with any planning needs, reaching out to vendors and just all the fine details you don’t think about if you’ve never had a wedding before. The day before the wedding setting up and running rehearsal, we were set up for success for the day. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and a huge part of that goes to Robin, who managed anything and everything with grace and discretion only bringing things to us Brides if absolutely necessary. She made sure throughout the night we were happy and taken care of. Our wedding day at A Barn was an absolute dream. We cannot recommend A Barn more. Not only is the property stunning but the owners are masters at their craft.

The A-Barn is such a stunning space, but what truly sets it apart is the care, professionalism, and attention to detail from the entire team. Robin and Mark went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and that we felt completely stress-free on the day. They were organized, responsive, and always one step ahead, which allowed us to just relax and soak in every moment. We received so many compliments from our guests, not only about how gorgeous the venue was but also about how smoothly the day flowed. We are beyond grateful for the memories we were able to make here and for the incredible support we received along the way. I could not recommend The A-Barn more—it is truly exceptional in every way, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here! They are the best!

Our Storybook Wedding — An Eventective User from Maine

A Barn could not have exceeded our expectations more. This enchanting venue tucked away in the woods of Maine allowed us to create a truly storybook wedding. The barn itself is gorgeous, with rustic beams, beautiful lights, and a perfect canvas for whatever your vision is. From the barn, you step out into a stunning open field ringed by trees with a beautiful pond, making it the idyllic place for your ceremony. There were also several excellent secluded spots where we could do our first look, and as far as logistics there is more parking than you will know what to do with. Robin helped to guide us through every step of wedding planning, taking a seemingly impossible task and making it feel achievable, less stressful, and from the beginning we could feel that she was excited for us to create a wedding with our own personal flair. She delighted in the choices we made, and supported us with everything we needed, big or small, far above and beyond what we ever could have expected. On the day of, the A Barn's coordination with vendors was impeccable, many of which had worked with this venue before, and the day went off without a hitch or a worry on our end. If this venue is available on a date that you are considering your wedding, booking it will be the best choice you make. This is a beautiful venue, and while there are may be many of those, Robin and her husband Mark are truly good and kind people, and those are a much rarer find.

A Barn is THE BEST — An Eventective User from Dayton, Maine

Choosing A Barn as our venue felt so right from the second we walked on the property! From day one, Robin was so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly and she was always so responsive. On the wedding day, Robin was the go-to for all vendors, decor and scheduling to make sure everything was just as we wanted it! Our guests couldn’t compliment the venue enough. And the cherry on top was the stunning views and foliage on our perfect fall day! We would recommend A Barn over and over again - it’s truly the best venue!

The Perfect Venue! — An Eventective User from NH

Robin and Mark were incredible to work with. A BARN is a beautiful venue situated in a quiet area. Robin was with us from the beginning to answer questions we had, offer advice, and execute the day of our dreams.it wound up raining the day of our wedding and Robin and Mark were able to effortlessly transition to an inside event. EXCEPTIONAL! We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the beautiful day we were able to celebrate at A Barn. The venue it self is rustic/elegant barn with immaculate grounds and gardens wrapping around. Our meetings in advance with the owners, Mark & Robin, to prepare for our big day made all of the difference. They made the planning and prep process stress free and our wedding went seamlessly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t say enough good things about A Barn. Robin was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout our wedding planning, covid postponement and then wedding planning again. Having her and Mark by our side relieved so much stress! They handled any and all little hiccups during our wedding, to the point where my new husband and I didn’t even know about them. They are true professionals and are worth the investment themselves. Our day would not have been the same without them! They have come to feel like family. The venue itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained and photographs so well! The barn, back patio, yard and bridal room exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful to have been able to begin our marriage at such a wonderful place. A true dream come true.

Not only are the grounds beautiful, but Robin is such an easy and helpful person to work with! We unfortunately had to postpone our summer 2020 wedding to 2021, but Robin was so understanding and flexible. She truly made the process stress free and she continues to offer to help in any way she can. We cannot wait until summer 2021 to finally be able to enjoy this gorgeous venue!

Amazing wedding venue — An Eventective User from FLORIDA

My husband and I got married here in October of 2019. Originally from Maine but now living in Florida we thought planning an out of state wedding would be a nightmare, but Robin made it easier than a dream come true. She answered all our questions, welcomed us over anytime we were back in the state and helped us with anything we needed. We had planned on having Robin be our day of Coordinater, but when unexpected circumstances happened, she was able to find a replacement that transitioned seamlessly. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The bridal suite inside had plenty of room for myself, my mom and all my bridesmaids and the kids as well. The old carriage is the front is a beautiful place to take pictures. All of our guests raved about how beautiful it was. I would hesitate to recommend using this venue for anyone getting married, having a party or anything else. 10/10!!!
