Berea College Conference Services is your conference’s connection to all that Central Kentucky has to offer! We are located just south of Lexington, where the Bluegrass meets the Mountains, and we provide a full-line of conference and event services. Our meeting spaces are available for use year round and we offer lodging services from May to September. We also offer assistance with transportation, dining, off-site event and conference program coordination. Our dedicated staff is committed to assisting every conference client in all areas of event and conference planning. Our goal is to provide each group with the feeling that their conference, camp, or event is the most important and only program on campus. Our office acts as a one-stop-shop where all needs, including housing, food service, meeting facilities, technology support, transportation and recreation services, will be coordinated with just one call.
