This company did an excellent job catering my daughters wedding from planning to clean up they were a pleasure to work with. The food was excellent as well as the presentation and service. They worked well with our special requests- we provided our own liquor and cupcakes and that was no problem. The staff was top notch handling everything in an efficient manner, solving problems,attending to everyone's needs in a non intrusive manner. They even prepared a special meal for a guest with dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend this company.

Bleu Bite Catering was the absolute cornerstone of our wedding: Bend, OR was a destination wedding for my husband and I, and I knew that I had come across the right company when one of their previous clients returned my reference call... from her vacation in Hawaii. Someone so excited about sharing her experience with this wonderful vendor on her vacation was as glowing a recommendation as I could imagine. Cerstin and her team were so ready to work with us to create a menu that worked for us - we ended up doing heavy appetizers and a dessert bar to accommodate our more casual, fun reception. I loved how full-service Bleu Bite was: they took care of all of the place settings, glasses, silverware, and tables that we needed for the event. Having Bleu Bite do the pre-party set-up and tear down was also a complete no brainer: they worked with my wedding coordinator to get the place looking great before our guests arrived, and cleaned everything up to the venue's satisfaction, and on time. For a destination bride and groom, we couldn't have asked for more. In fact, we had a number of glasses break throughout the night, and the Bleu Bite team was very quick to help us clean up and get everything under control. The food was delicious, and set up in a very attractive manner. We also LOVED that Bleu Bite was so flexible with their alcohol policy. We loved being able to buy our own wines, liquor, and beer for our guests. Bleu Bite was incredibly professional and responsive, and each and every single server was so friendly on the day of our wedding - we felt like we were being entertained by family. The bartender was fantastic, and kept the drinks flowing all night and kept things fun. If we were to ever throw a large party in Bend, we already know who we'd come back to. The rain that poured during our event was somewhat expected, in spite of the rain and a very unexpected forty five minute power outage, our caterer "Bleu Bite Catering" kept our customers happy with outstanding service, a friendly smile and the willingness to accommodate, as we managed to get through the start of our event with no power. "This is the first time I ever witnessed customers wanting and taking photo's of the food and of them standing next to the food..." Customers were "Wow'ed", by the buffet table set-up and the attention to detail that made the food a big hit and helped augment our, Duck Store Grand Opening festivities. I organize many food events for the Duck Store organization, I outlined what I wanted to have happen with the food to Bleu Bite Catering, I had vey high expectations and what I received went above and beyond that.
