30 guests. Parties start at $2,200 and weddings at $3,500, plus sales tax.
At least 2 weeks for parties, 30 days for weddings and 4 weeks for out-of-town events. Weekends fill up first, so book early for Saturday dates.
Parties have a $1,000 Private Event Fee, and weddings have a $1,200 Wedding Event Fee. It reserves your dedicated pitmaster, crew and smoker for your date. We buy and smoke fresh meat for every event.
Yes. Delivery within 30 miles of Downtown LA is included. Beyond that, we charge one flat travel fee based on distance, and out-of-town events have a $3,500 minimum.

Yes. Choose Drop-Off (included), Drop & Set for $125, or Full Service with servers and cleanup for +$10 per guest. Weddings include buffet service, servers and cleanup. For $650 we can also bring the smoker to your venue and carve to order.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due 72 hours before parties and 14 days before weddings.
Ask which sides are meat-free and we’ll plan enough for them.
You get one free reschedule with 30+ days’ notice, to a new date within 12 months.
