The Beardmore Event Center & Courtyard Marriott offers multiple event spaces, which can be tailored to your needs, with both indoor and outdoor options. There are three pre-function rooms facing North, South and West. The North pre-function room connects to the patio, which is great for an outdoor ceremony or reception. The Ballroom covers 9,360 square feet and can be broken up into smaller event spaces, depending on your needs. It is a modern and glamorous space with state of the art amenities. At its full capacity, it can accommodate up to 650 guests for a banquet and 800 guests for a reception. Beardmore Event Center offers customized menu planning and pre-function tastings. You may choose from a buffet style or seated dinner. Cutlery, glasses, dishes and house linens are included. All food and beverages are subject to change when there is a menu update. There is no outside food or alcohol allowed in the event space and the removal of food and beverages from the hotel is not permitted. Beardmore Event Center offers free event parking.
