We are strictly a 19+ venue at all times. This policy applies to all event attendees, including babies and infants.
We do not have an on-site kitchen, but we make food arrangements easy. You are welcome to bring in your own platters, order from local restaurants, or hire an outside caterer. We can provide a list of recommended local vendors and offer access to our walk-in fridge to store your items before the event.
For semi-private events, we reserve a dedicated section of the Taphouse for your group (up to 85 guests) while the rest of the venue remains open to the public. There is no rental fee and no minimum spend required for this option.
For a fully private evening event where the Taphouse is closed to the public, we operate on a minimum drink spend instead of a rental fee. The minimum spend is $5,200 to $6,000 on Fridays and Saturdays (from 7:30 PM to midnight), $3,800 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and $2,500 on Sundays and Tuesdays.
Yes, we host daytime private events such as memorial services and receptions. Rates vary based on timing; we offer hourly rental options starting at $385 per hour, flat-rate daytime blocks (such as $750 for a Saturday afternoon), or daytime minimum drink spend options ($1,400 for 3 hours or $1,750 for 4 hours).
The Village Taphouse can accommodate a maximum of 125 guests for fully private events. For seated events, we can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests, with seating for approximately 85 and standing room for the rest to mingle.
We provide basic audio and video equipment, including a sound system, microphones, and TVs throughout the venue. You are welcome to play your own Spotify playlist or connect a laptop via HDMI to display slideshows and photos.
Yes. You are welcome to hire your own approved live entertainment, such as a DJ or a small band, for private and semi-private events. Depending on the date, options for a dance floor, karaoke, music bingo, or trivia can also be arranged.
Absolutely. You are welcome to arrive shortly before your event start time to set up decorations. If you are bringing food, please let us know in advance so we can have a dedicated table set up for your layout.
